This is for the detroit metal city (dmc) fanart contest in excitement of the english american release of the japanese bestselling manga!

I can't beleive that the deadline for the fanart contest is upon us already. As you already know the rules are pretty much common sense by this point in time: no profanity shall be used to hurt others, no nudity, and nothing unworthy of krausers awesome-ness (it'll hurt his feelings D: ).

the deadline is tommorow 6-30-2009. no entries will be accepted after 2:00 am 6-31-2009 due to the time needed to post entries.

UPDATE! The grand prize winner of the contest will recieve the first volume of "Detroit Metal City" (1st american printing), and the runner up 1st place winner will receive a free commisioned 8x11 picture by Dylan Barrett a.k.a. 3nil2rock (that's me if I havn't told you yet).

JUDGING: the grand prize winner will be picked by the members of the club and five randomly selected deviant art users in a vote. please send a note titled "VOTE" with the user name of the artist and the title of the deviation.
the first place runner up will be voted on also.
